The company establishes, implements, maintains and improves the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO-9001 quality management system. Each activity includes planning, implementation, inspection, and improvement stages. It strictly abides by the eight quality management principles, takes customers as the focus, and all employees participate in quality control. Process method, system method and fact-based decision-making method are adopted. After obtaining the ISO9001 quality management system certification, the company has been in accordance with the quality management system GB/T19001-2008 edition standards and the company's "Quality Manual" and related procedures for the company's internal quality of a comprehensive management. Enterprise standards and inspection standards for various products
As the first large-scale polyimide fiber manufacturer in China, the company has successively formulated the first domestic enterprise standards of "polyimide resin", "polyimide short fiber" and "polyimide filament" according to the requirements of the market and the actual production of products. Enterprise product standards are not only the basis for measuring and evaluating product quality, but also the basis for organizing production in practice, which accurately reflects the needs of consumers and lays the foundation for the next step to establish industry standards and even national standards for polyimide fibers.
The company has developed a product testing process and inspection standards, from the raw materials of the product to the production process to the final product, are strictly monitored to ensure that the company's products to meet customer requirements on the basis of improving customer satisfaction.

The company has 10 sets of engineering plastics testing equipment and 25 sets of fiber testing equipment, which can test the production process and the performance of finished products, including:
Short fiber testing items: linear density, breaking strength, elongation at break, length deviation rate, super-long fiber rate, double length fiber content, crimp number, crimp degree, oil content, specific resistance
Filament testing items: linear density, breaking strength, elongation at break, twist, oil content, moisture regain, thermal shrinkage
Functional testing items: limiting oxygen index, ultraviolet aging, chemical resistance, high temperature resistance
Engineering plastics testing items: density, glass transition temperature, thermal expansion coefficient, tensile properties, bending properties, compression properties, unnotched simply supported beam impact strength, Shore D hardness, friction properties, volume resistivity, water absorption
